6 sick-day projects!

Well, my cold hasn't gone away yet and yesterday I literally fell asleep while crafting (that's bad!) then my potty trainer had a poop accident that needed attention right away!!  but anyway... Yesterday and this morning I worked on these 6 projects and i'm entering them into contests all over the place so feel free to be inspired & to join in...

Allison's Messy Face

 1) My first project is a layout for my daughter's baby book.  it's based off of the sketch and for the challange on Stuck on U http://stuckonusketches.blogspot.com/  I added a journal box from creative memories in the lower left corner so that I could write things that she likes to do etc.  the stamps, buttons, ribbon all are from my scrap stash but the patterned yellow paper is from DCWV Nana's Nursery baby girl pack.  the fairy is from SVG Cuts.com (flitting fairies).

 2) This christmas card is from the sketch on Ispy sketches challenge ISSC33

 I used printable paper that my  s-i-l gave me over a year ago and glued it onto my card base (also from that s-i-l) and then I stamped and embossed the reindeer and pointsettas onto some of my fav. card stock and glued it all down on my banners and added some gold silky fun fur ribbon and hot glued that down so it'd actually stay put.  

3)This box is a free file on the silhouette online store I just cut it out and embossed hand prints all over it.  it graces my craft room and keeps all those little pieces of paper that I cut out but haven't gotten around to using yet.  This one i'm entering into docerela's challenge DT#21 Anything goes.

4) This one I made as an anniversary card for my husband.  I'll give it to him next March for our anniversary.  I cut out the man & woman from a file I had on my computer in a dxf file (so it worked with my cameo) then I found my daughter's fav. heart punch and punched black and pink hearts then made them into a wobbler by twisting wire around the end of a paintbrush and hot gluing it onto the card stock hearts.  the black one I put down so that you wouldn't see it on the black bathroom people.

This project is really simple and I know my hubby will love that about it!  He always gives me a home made card and I usually just find the funniest one I can.  Glad I can give him a good one this upcoming year.  This is for Go fish challenge #25 ~Anniversary Card.

5)  For this card I used Lettering Delights toadally school cut it file cut on my Cameo, DCWV paper from homespun on the frogs and bus, A homemade wobbler, my Xyron sticker maker and my fav. craft glue by Martha Stewart.  This little card is my daughter's fav. creation today (she told me) and is being entered into...  The Scrapbooking Queen's challenge #28 Digi challenge ~Back to School http://www.thescrapbookingqueen-challenge.blogspot.com/

6) This little Halloween card is being entered into design on cloud 9 sketch challenge.  Usually if I get a sketch like this I use it in a layout not a card but I wanted to see if I could make one that looked okay. http://designsoncloud9.blogspot.com/2012/09/are-you-ready-for-next-challenge.htmlI used a cut file from DOC9 flying witch and stamps that I received as gifts at all different occasions.  I also used Stampin' Up! ink with the stamps in Only Orange and Basic Black.
