DL.ART ~Thank You Card: http://dianamlarson.blogspot.com/2013/01/dlart-thankful-thursday-challenge.html

these buttons are from the Christmas pajamas I made for my family.  the cupcake, flowers and swirly stars are all unmarked stamps I had in my stash of stamps.  I colored the flowers adn cupcake with tombo markers.

I made these for my daughters for Valentines Day. I used the SVG files love ewe file, tombo markers, cuttlebug embossing file and scrap paper.

Here is my Blue card.  I used the embossing folder that came with my cuttlebug, the craft's meow stamp for the banner, the flowers and dragonflies are from a set i've had since christmas years ago.

this one was really fun to make.  the lips and butterfly are stamps from the same set as the ones from the card above.  the same embossing folder as the card above, scrap paper and my tombo markers.

Valentine

I have another project for you all.  I've been working on this for a while and not even finished with the completed thing.  Here is my Valentine for my hubby as well as part of the gift i'm making for him. I used the studio file coupon book, and the svg love ewe from SVG cutting files [http://svgcuttingfiles.blogspot.com/].  I saw it and knew I wanted to give this to my husband. the embossing was done with my cuttlebug and the inking along the edges of the sheep and background is done with stampin' up! ink. :)

a sampling of the coupons :)

DPDC30 entry

I really wanted to share a card today that I was unsure about at first but now that it's all together I think it's one of my favorite cards.  Usually I color these images myself but I really liked how this pre-colored image looked and knew I wanted to use it.  I used scraps of paper; I hid my whole paper so that I use the scraps first... I have 2 12x12 bins full of scraps! anyway, I used the doodle pantry digital image poodle and some ribbon I received from my sister-in-law.  enjoy...

A poodle for your thoughts?

Happy New Year!

Allison & Gwenna with Santa at Broulim's
Sorry i've been MIA lately but with all the planning for Christmas and then new year plans as well as being sick i haven't made a lot of time for blogging.  We went to Washington state for Christmas and stayed in this amazing house!  I did a video tour once we got there but i'm not done working on it so it's not posted anywhere.  Christmas was great; lots of food, family, games and excitement.  Now that my kids are bigger I realize how exciting Christmas is (or at least remember that it's exciting).  With so many people, opening presents took all day (literally, we had to break for lunch and naps and stuff) but it was fun.  My sister is Expecting a new little baby and we are so excited for her and her little family! :)  we're hoping its a girl since she already has the most adorable boy.  it was really fun to go to the Pacific Science Center, watch The Hobbit in 3D, dye my hair pink, and sign with family.
Braxton at the PSC building a monster
I made one card to share with all of you and since i've had plenty of Christmas cards I decided to make something for a Girls night or something.  so here is my creation!  I used red scrap card stock and stamps from Stampin Up! the sentiment is from studio G and says, "hello sweet thing".  I colored in the drinks and flotation with colored pencils and added some studio G glitter glue to add a little sparkle.  the green ribbon is from my daughter's birthday party in November.  I just folded and sewed the streamers.  I used the Retro Sketches weekly sketch.
